It's a new year and so far I am loving it!

Besides the snow, that is. I am not a snow person. None of us are in my family, actually. Sure, the occassional snowboarding or sledding, but for the most part, we love the sun and warm weather. We were THIS close to moving to Florida last summer...so close to warm weather all year round, so close to being only a couple of hours from Disney World, so close to the ocean and so close to no more snow! Ugh, the thought of it just depresses me, lol. Of course we would have missed our family like crazy, but they would have visited often, and vice versa. Anyhoo, I suppose the summer weather is just around the corner, right? I sure hope so.

One thing I am grateful for in Michigan, is my clients. I have made some really great friendships throughout these past few years and my clients are wonderful supporters and loyal. Word-of-Mouth advertising has been working awesome. Thanks to all of you who just like to spread the word about Karina G Photography.

This past week I was honored to photograph this lovely family who came to me through the Celebrating Adoption sessions I offer. They heard of me through one of my high school senior clients who happened to show her teacher her photos. So thanks Natalie, and thank you Candy for sharing your beautiful family with me.
